Add a small can of tomato sauce to it.
You can make your own by using tomato sauce and Gebhardt chili power. Heat it up in a sauce pan. That way you can put as much spice in it as you like.

any kind of fat will make it less spicy in your mouth. It is because fat has an affinity (binds to) the capsacium (the thing that makes peppers hot).
Therefore, there are lots of things to make it less spicy and taste delicious....cheese, sour cream, yogurt, or drink milk. Eat ice cream after your meal to cool your mouth. I've also heard that adding butter can make it less spicy but make it taste buttery. Not sure how that will taste.

Try making your own red sauce...It is so simple...Just use 3 T. flour, 3 T. chili powder, and 2 c. water...Make a sauce, while heating on the stove...And then I add one can of diced tomatoes, to enhance the flavor...It is so yummy, and not very hot...I can't eat the mild, either...Try it!
And so much cheaper, too!

Add tomato sauce an ounce at a time, mix, taste and continue until it is where you want it. Write it down so next time you have the recipe.

Add plain yogurt to keep the calories down. Also, add fine cut, drained, fresh cucumber.
