You should call your credit card companies and explain the situation to them and see if you can work out a repayment schedule and see if you can have them lower your APR. If you receive credit card offers in the mail, see if you can use those to help you negotiate a lower APR. (It's usually best to do a balance transfer onto a 0% card and use your current card(s) for further purchase because new purchases on a 0% card tend to be somewere around 20% APR and your money ends up paying off the 0% APR first, so the interest acculuates on your purchases before you can even make a dent in the principal. Depending on your limitations, you may be able to qualify for SSI (supplimental security income) to help you out. You'd need to check with your local department of Health and Human Services and Social Security office.

Other than that, you may want to consider selling other people's items on eBay... you'd need a digital camera and understanding of how eBay works (there ought to be several books in the library on this... even in small towns) and you can charge an up-front cost to list and charge a cut of what you make.

Have you looked into delivering pizza? If you can maintain a full time day job, it should not be much more challenging physically. Nearly every town has at least one pizza shop. If there is a local fast food place, they may have openings. Many newspapers have early morning delivery routes that can be run without getting out of your car except to pick up the papers. That's everything that comes to mind for me.

When using the credit card, people ignore the consequences of using the card too often. Frequent use of credit card causes bills to be accumulated and worsens your credit score. Besides lowering your credit score, you also face financial burden since the interest charged is very high.
