Properly made grilled octopus is a thing of beauty ,crunchy on the outside , soft and sweet in the middle.The next time you're in Chicago go over to Greek Islands on Halsted in Greektown and order some -great stuff

It tastes awesome to me. Then again, I love sushi. But some people don't like it. So you have to try it on your own and find out if you like it. Good luck ;)

I like the taste but the texture is to rubbery for me.

I had some pickled...tasted like a piece of rubber with pickle favoring. These were the tentacles. :)
