How do I make an Install disk that is capable of installing more thatn one program?

I want to make a disk that can install more thatn one program and will let me select which ones to install.

On a CD, you could create an autorun that opens a webpage and use html links to access each setup program. You could also use installshield or one of the other commercial installers.
