We have met outside work "Friends" around - each time it's gone a bit weird...both of us blowing hot & cold. soon we will have 2 work closely every day. The two of you are being silly.
You seem to be dancing around each other.
When you show interest it turns him off, when you don't he's intrigued.... That is no fun is it? That means that he's playing with your feelings.
You deserve a man who is strong and sure of his feelings and who has no doubt in this world that you are THE most beautiful girl in the world and that he simply MUST take you out to dinner and get to know you better. Don't you agree?

Ok. Don't make this complicated. He likes you, you like him. Period. You both work together. Period. Next step? To be AS professional as you can at work, without letting each other get distracted. To give each other space at work. Let him know this upfront, that this is required. Ofcourse, tell him this nicely and kindly. If he complies, means he is mature enough. If he doesn't, then he isn't mature enough and you need to consider whether he is the right guy to date. After this, you both can always schedule a time to meet up after work. Be yourselves. Be cool. Be natural. Dont make it awkward. And see where it goes.

So these steps have to be carried out first.

I think your making to much of this! If your both attracted to each other then start dating. Whats the worst that could happen. You both might start feeling awkward with each other at work. Well that's already happening so you have nothing to loose...finding the right person can be very difficult so I wouldn't let him go just for a job..jobs don't last a life time but the right partner just might. take a chance he could be the one

If you get involved with him, you better be women enough to handle to consequences. Stop flirting with him if you are not willing to go out with him. You are sending mixed messages and the only thing you're proving is that " Men like a challenge"! Stay Strong Guuuurl! Good Luck!
