Try to find out what she is interested in and then have a conversation with her about that. If you compliment her, like telling her that she has pretty eyes, or that you love her hair, then she will know that you are attracted to her.

just talk to her, and don't be all shy and stuff. compliment her and act as if she's the only one in the room. act like best friends at first then if she tries to flirt, flirt back and get the sexier side of her to come out.

first of all, I think u could say easily that u have learned to like her, maybe begin saing u have finding in her a lot of good characteristicas never found in any one before ; that trough the
time u know each one some feeling have grew in u heart
and u would like to have some chance with her.
