We bought some from a Mexican restauraunt but it's to much to use right away.

absolutely, but depending on how thick it is sometimes they end up a bit watery when thawed..

Yep the vegetables will turn to mush. it somewhat is why you dont see frozen soup interior the freezer component of your food market. BTW: the poster above me is authentic you may freeze an undercooked soup. cook dinner the soup for a million/2 the cautioned time, freeze it, they end cooking interior the microwave.

i Guess its not as okay as it is before if you wanna use it after the long time they made it even if you wanna freeze it.
