Nope. My hair has fallen out in the shower since I was a kid. I don't think that's stress related, unless it just started happening to you recently. My hair is still thick and full! It does seem like more hair comes out when I wash it in the shower, but I think it's natural to lose a certain amount of hair each day.

It is completely normal to lose around a hundred hairs a day. I lose tons of hair every day in the shower. We are constantly losing and growing new hair. It's healthy and keeps your hair looking nice. Imagine if we had the same hair our whole life, how drab it would be. Because we are constantly losing and growing new hair it stays shiny and healthy. No worries unless your hair is coming out in clumps or giving you bald spots. If that's happening you need to see a doctor. That could be serious.

It could be stress, or it just could be that you are having loss of hair. Women can loose hair just like men, but less. You might need vitamins. Go get it check out by a skin doctor and he will let you know for sure. (cannot remember the actual name for that particular name of doctor, sorry). Good luck.

Nope, you just notice it there more because you are standing in one place for a while and washing your hair. It really is falling out everywhere. Sorry.
