The lotto is considered gambling as your putting up money in hopes of being LUCKY enough to win more. Isaiah 65:11,12 says; those setting in order a table for the god of Good Luck and those filling up mixed wine for the god of Destiny. And I will destine you men to the sword and you will all of you bow down to being slaughtered, for the reason that I called, but you did not answer; I spoke, but you did not listen; and you kept doing what was bad in my eyes, and the thing in which I took no delight you chose. God's word also says that God cannot lie and God does not change. So God feels the same way about it today.

Christians should not play the lotto if it interfere with their daily living as losing so much one is hurting theirself. In my opinion when a christian plays for recreational purposes like fun and do not care if they win or lose and not spending their daily living, putting up something they can afford to lose and not miss, then it is not a problem cause mankind the one said it was a sin and Jesus in the bible says, he only forbidded gambling in the temple and also that gambling money disappears quickly.

although its not holy to play the lotto or gamble you should play the lotto once in a while like 1 every 8 days weeks. my dad did it 2 every 3 days and landed him broke if you didnt wanna end up like me try following this rule. and try buying tickets 10 dollars or less.

nope. The Bible prohibits gambling. It also shows that the idea of Luck is not a Christian teaching and is something promoted by Satan.

Nobody should play the lottery. It's like a tax on stupid (or at least on the people who couldn't pass statistics)
