speed up my internet connection?

my computer has about 500 megabytes of ram and about 70gig memory my connection speed is about 137kbps
please help me speed it up any software ,advice
i would at least like to be able to click on a video on youtube and just watch it while it loads without having to wait for it to load

Use DSL or Comcast ISP.... It makes no sense to go on the Internet with Dial up...

To speed up your computer, you must delete your cookies and history every week, and perform a disk cleanup every two weeks.

Defragment your computer every month.
