He is 10 weeks old. He has four that make up his paw, with a smaller 5th toe (not big, but has a claw) that is located to the left and underneath of his (forgive the lack of knowing what exactly it is called) nubby (located underneath his "elbow".

if he has 5 toes actually on his paw (as in walks with 5 toes on the ground, he has polydactylia. a harmless genetic anomaly, though i've only heard of it in cats before now).
if the 5th toe is up his leg off the ground, it's his dew claw (this is the term for it in cats, unsure if different in dogs) it's perfectly normal & is used to trip prey when hunting (read up on cheetahs' hunting techniques. other cats can actually grip with this dew claw (almost like an opposable thumb)
do not remove it. it's supposed to be there!!!

I also have a husky and yes it's normal. The back one is called a dew claw. Have fun with your husky.

Yes this is normal, it is his dew claw, all dogs have that unless they have had them removed, usually only people with Dobbies, Rotts, and Pits do that though because if you do that they can't be faught because they use their dewclaw to hold on when they fight other dogs. So don't worry, that is perfectly normal.

Yeah that's normal. I have a German Shepard mix and she has one. You can get your vet to remove it or just leave it. It's not going to do anything. My dog's 6 years old and still has it.
