I've bought various items off of ebay before.
My friend received his paintball gun, and Nintendo Wii recently.
Just ensure that the user has good ratings!
That same friend also got scammed when he purchased a WOW expansion pack.
The seller sends the items through airmail via FedEx, UPS etc. and shipping costs are usually stated along with the description of the item.

It's called the Post Office...or FedEx...or UPS....seroiusly...they exsist just for the sake of delivering items!
