i want to lose weight, tone my tummy, lose love handles and slim my LEGS! Bikini season is soon so i need help. Any ideas? Thanks

At 128 lbs. unless your under 5'3" you don't need to actually lose weight, maybe toning is all you need.

Toning will slenderize your body all over, but you may still see the same weight on the scales.

Use ankle weights about 2 lbs. each when you do your excercises. Crunches will work on the upper tummy area, and leg lifts will work on the lower tummy. Lying on your side and lifting your legs will work on the love handles and if your raising the lower leg it will work on the inner thigh. Walking, even a slow walk, will help with your legs. It is recomended we take 10,000 steps a day. If you can get a pedometer, you can see where you are in that range and work on increasing it by 50 steps a week. Also good posture will actually help with the tummy. Hold your stomach in all the time, this will straighten your posture and work those muscles that you keep relaxed when you slouch.
