Can someone tell me where can I get a cheapest hotel/guest house where it is near to the Night Bazaar (with in the walking distance, say 5 minits)

There's some 4 star accommodation at Riverside which is as cheap as some of the 2 and 3 star accommodation from USD 32 at the Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel - it is around 3-5 mins from the Night Bazaar, the Doi Suthep temple as well as the Mae Ping River.
There are other places, so I'd encourage you to have a look through the directory links below and sort those options by price and location. They look like good value at those prices:

There are many guest houses in many locations in Chiang Mai. Go to the Night Bazaar and ask, or just start exploring around the area.

There are alot of inexpensive guesthouses near the Thapae gate and it will be more fun to stay in that area than near the NB which is a 10-15 minute walk..
