He's funny, a good friend, and he's REALLY cute. I'm friends with him now, but when I tell my mom I want to tell him I like him, she just tells me to hang back and not ruin the friendship. My friends tell me to tell him before he is taken. There are a lot of couples in my class, but I am one of the few who is not. I feel like I really stand out in the crowd...in a bad way. I want to tell him that Ilike him but he's the kind of boy that you really can't predict his reactions. Somedays he will be filled with joy, and other days he can be a real jerk. Can someone help me on how to confront him? Or do something with this. I really really like him and I can't hold back any longer. I need to tell him soon or I am going to burst! I am almost a teenager and he has been my crush for 7 years now. I know I'm young but I really need help, and I need him.

I really think he likes me though, he smiles at me a lot and he likes to talk to me. And one time, we were in line, and I was talking to him,when I was done I turned away. When I looked back he was still staring at me, and when I asked, "Why are you still staring at me?", he just shook his head "No" and kept staring. At first it was a tiny bit creepy, but he looked really sweet and inocent. I couldn't help but feel like I was on cloud 9. (as sorta creepy as it was!) Try to be friends to him.That is the starting points to get to know each other.Just do what it best that cant hurt his feeling,tell him the truth what u really feel to him is more than friend.Whatever his decision you must ready to accept.

flirt. If he flirts back, he's either a big flirt, or he likes you. One way to show that you like someone without telling them directly is to always "accidentally" make physical contact with them. So, you could push up against him a little and if he doesn't back away, he probably likes you. Once you've flirted for a while, you should try telling him directly your feelings for him. Don't tell him you've liked him for 7 years tho or he might think you are kinda creepy. Just tell him you like him, and was just wondering if he would like to SEE a movie. Don't say "catch a movie" because that makes it sound like something that isn't really that important to you...

since you are young, im going to tell you the secret about people. People love the attention towards them, so tell him he is cute, funny. The cute part would give it off, he will know you are interested. Remember, people loves to hear about themself. And later you can tell him you like him and ask him out. In a young age, boys would go for any girl that likes them.

Parents don't always give the best advice when it comes to this type of stuff. No offense.
I don't think it is very healthy at all speaking from experience to keeps feelings inside. If you feel what you feel for your friend you should tell him. However, you shouldn't expect him to return the feelings back. Be prepared to deal with it if he doesn't feel the same.

What i did when i was 11 was I SHOWED the guy that i liked him. I didn't tell him. I told his friend and told him not to tell, but the guy found out anyway. Showing----give sweet looks, doing favors for him because you care, etc. If you tell him all of a sudden, it will catch him off guard. I mean picture one of your friends coming up to you one day and springing on you that they care for you. You gotta warm him up to the idea. In my case, i ended up being that guy's girlfriend for two years. Good luck! Blow him away!

I think you should chill out and relax too.Your mom is right. You have plenty of time for boys.If he's your friend keep it like that. There is nothing wrong with having a crush. Maybe u should keep it just being friends.

Just go up to him after class, and ask him if he likes you.
If yes, then ask him to movies or something.
If no, then brush it off, and make up an exuse, like "oh, my friends thought you did, I just wanted to make sure you didn't"
