Really, there is no way to get a bigger butt through exercises. You could get a tighter butt, if that's what you mean. (When people will bigger bottoms claim that their butt got smaller through "fanny lifters", fat may have been lost, but really it didn't change it in mass at all, it just changes in shape.) That's like wanting bigger breasts or wanting to grow a couple of inches through exercise, it just doesn't happen. (And no, pushups don't make your breasts shrink or grow.)

You could eat more like other people suggested, but how do you know where that fat will go? It could go to every place other than your butt. And no one wants that. ;)

Honestly, just accept the way it is. I'm sorry that probably isn't the answer you wanted to hear, but it's the closest thing to the truth of physiology you can get. There are plenty of exercise rountines and instrustors that have exercises that will tighter that problem-area for many women. We always want what we can't have, huh? ;)

First of all all the creams are pure scams and if you think that surgery is the only option to lift your butt, then you have mistaken. I was so close going with surgery and I would have regretted it. Check out this video on how to lift your butt by doing exercises http://www.buttliftbikini.com

exercise: if your school has a weight room, go to the leg press machine. instead of pushing with your whole foot, just push with your heels -- this will isolate your butt (and keep you from getting the muscular leg look) and make your butt bigger. also, because your butt is the largest muscle in your body, your metabolism will increase (your body needs calories to keep the larger muscle functioning) thereby allowing you to eat more without getting fat (or eat the same amount and get thinner).

I, like others, am willing to give you some of mine! But my man does like my butt. He said when he first saw me it was from behind, and he just hoped my face was nice, because I already had his attention! So, just eating a lot, not a good idea. Might just go to your gut, or hips/legs, or probably anywhere but where you want it too. That's like saying to a girl that wants bigger breast to eat more! lol Try the lifting weights idea...sounds like the better idea.

Try a diet of Pepsi and Doritoes,and sit in front of computer atleast 8 hours a day..

I got a big bum anyway, but if you do heaps of squats and lunges and stuff you'll tighten the muscles which will make it stick out more.
