I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 105 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running,exercis stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH AND I HAVENT LOST A SINGLE POUND. I NEED TO LOSE 10 POUNDS BY SWIMSUIT SEASON. I LOOK THE SAME!

Why havent I lost any weight?
Will I be able to lose 10 pounds by June?
How can I lose weight other than this?

Your diet looks excellent, but I don't think you need to loss weight. Try do more exercise to strenghten your body. If you want to have a nice body for swimsuit. Do some more abds and legs exercises.

Remember no junk food and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Healthy is more important than having a slim body.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Have you ever seen Nicole Richie??? If you loose 10 pounds, at only 13 years old and your height, you'll like her...and bones are not sexy!!!! You'll look more like a starving Ethiopian then a cute girl in a bikini!! If people can see your ribs, that is NOT cute or sexy.

And P.S: reason you are not loosing anything, is because there is nothing there to loose, and if you DID have any fat on you, which I can tell you don't, muscle weighs more then fat. So all that running, exercising, is toning your body and helping you gain muscle mass, so you will remain the same weight, if not gain a few more pounds in muscle.

Sweetie - at your age your body is still growing, so losing weight is not part of the picture. Based on your height, your weight is within normal limits anyway.

If you want to look good in a swimsuit, you can exercise to tone up your muscles, choose a suit style that flatters your shape...and make sure it fits well without tugging here and there.
Your body is changing very quickly, and the most important things you can do are eat healthy foods, exercise and respect yourself by avoiding harmful chemicals (drugs, tobacco, etc.) and practicing good hygeine.

STOP TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!! 5'4" and 105 pounds is not overweight! and at 13 you are still growing! you could be doing permanent damage to your body by trying to lose weight at that age! I'm serious! stop now!

the reason you aren't losing weight is because you are replacing fat with muscle.. but trust me, a physically fit girl looks much better in a swimsuit than an anorexic looking girl! if you want to look good in a swimsuit, just keep on exercising and eating healthy and don't bother checking your weight.. don't take diet pills or anything..

Of course you havent lost wieght! You weigh 105 pounds! Their is nothing wrong with your weight. If you lost anymore weight you would be a walking SKELETON! WHO told you that you were fat? Some stupid girl who is hating because your skinny! Dont do anything stupid like starving yourself!

are you kidding!!!! im 13 and i weigh 120,, and i'm happy with it. 105 is like anerexic for 5'4 .. but just to remind you, you're turning the fat (if you have any) into muscle. and i cant believe your parents let you do that , its way to strict of a diet.... YOUR 13 LIVE A LITTLE

You don't need to lose weight..... Just try some sit ups, push ups, pull ups and cardio exercises to tone up and stay fit.
