I hear its about 5-6 with 3 sets of each workout, and you focus on 2 different muscle groups per workout, is this correct?

I also am not sweating although I work really hard when I lift, am I doing something wrong?

When do I know to increase the amount of weight on the exersize? Should I never be able to complete my 3rd set?

You want to be able to just in no more complete the third set. Once you can relatively comfortably achieve this increase the weight.
