Yes,
You will have to pay for a ticket for them and get a crate that fits under your seat.. Easy to find in any pet store or on ebay.
You will also need a vet check.. contact your vet as they know the proper paper work..
If they are baby puppies you will have to have ears examined to be sure they are opened or they can't fly.
Hope This Helps
GOOD LUCK

Depends on the air line you're using. Dogs travelling with an airline need to be in crates approved for airline use. A soft sided crate doesn't fit that requirement.

Yes they can however, you should check with the airline to see what they require and the cost. Most airlines do charge something extra for the pooch to fly. Please make sure that you do not put the dog through the x-ray machine at the airport. And before you and everyone else laughs, it happens all of the time. I work for the Department of Homeland Security and it is quite unnerving to see an animal come through the x-ray. It doesn't hurt them, but I am sure it is not good for them either.

I work for the airlines and as long as your dog (in a crate) can fit under the seat then your fine.

Absolutely. I do it all the time. Depending on what airline you fly with, they might only allow 1 animal in the cabin, so make sure you check with the airline to make sure nobody else has an animal.

Yes they can ride in the cabins with you but you must check with the air lines to see what kind of carrier they allow and you may have to pay something for her to ride up font with you.

Yes, you usually just have to pay extra. Check with the airline company.
