I am a man myself and have sometimes done this very thing. Men get confused too about different issues that i suspect women don't and women have often walked in and out of a mans life to return as if nothing had happened .people are just people,no one ever completely understands others as it has always ben and will ever be. these men you speak of probably don't fully understand their motives themselves.

Wake up woman. Guys like this probably have some other honeys on the line. This type likes to play around without a commitment. You know go out with you one night and tells you he really cares. Of course he will not tell you that he told a different girl the same thing the night before. Just dump him.

Me. I meet the women like these but then I don't ask, I just dump them. I get the ones that want to go out and buy them things then they disappear till they need something. No more for me. Men the same way.

No offense but it doesn't take a doctor to know this answer. and i wont even tell you the answer because you already know it. But i can give you this advice,

You didn't take your time, you didnt evaluate the guy, You jumped the gun and fell for a guy who was a coward and half man. Take your time, the world isn't going to end tomorrow, I hope, Just wait and choose the right one, that way when the right one does come along, your not already taken my a wuss who'll bail on you at the slightest sight of a storm

I know what you mean. That happened to me once. The reason my ex did that was because he got other girls on the side. Even when he told me different story i know he got other girls. It happened three times, he left me, then came back, then left me, then came back, then left again. I got tired of it so i end it myself cus I usually call him and work things out with him but this time i said **** it i deserve better than this. And now Im happy with my new man i've been dating for almost a year now. And i think you should do that too..move on and live your life. because no man deserve to treat women as if we're toys.

The fact that a man has done that with you does not mean that "All men do that" ....you are talking in general, but this is a specific issue you had...what you have described can also be done by a woman...it is not in "man nature" to do that. Each person is different...

Regards

When it happened to me(longer absence)it was to make me miss him more and be 'better in bed'.Actually it just hurt. Then comes back years later to do it again.I ended up dumping him.
Sure he's not married?Or some deep dark secret?
Cause their either hiding something or their disrespectful.I'd find a different friend.Guys like that are losers!

All you need to know is the guy who fits that description is a jerk (I can't use a better word in this forum) and the other important thing to consider is are you encouraging this type of jerk? Don't let anyone treat you like this...ever.

It's not MEN that do this. It's just the MAN you're dealing with. He obviously just does not like you that much. Sorry to be harsh, but if he did, why would he do this? Don't waste your time on someone who does that to you. I don't even know you and I know you deserve better.

He is stringing you along. A month without calling or telling you where he is at? Sweetie, I don't call that a relationship maybe an open one.

Does this happen a lot? If it does it might be you and not them. and if none of the above you need to find older man who are not into playing games.
