no soda ,no junk food, no white rice and bread,atleast a liter of water a day vegtables oh yeah no beans .drink lots of skim milk
,milk has calcium which eats up the fat in your stomach.crunches are your best choice .run every day atleast 30 minutes a day .

You can't burn fat from a specific body area, if it's the first place you've gained weight at it will be the last place you lose it. But if you start to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and do some form of cardio(maybe some ab work after you've started eating right) you'll see results in no time! good luck sweetheart
