Well, are you going to interview to be the Club Pro, a grounds keeper, an executive?
If it is a non-executive position, where some nice "Docker"-style pants, leather shoes (deck shoes) and a new golf shirt. I'd have my golf shoes and bag in the car, just in case.
I wouldn't wear a golf cap.

Nice golf attire is appropriate for most interviews, particularly public golf courses.-- nice khaki pants (no cargo, please), neatly pressed shirt in a solid color or conservative stripes. No cap. If the interview is for a head professional position or superintendent or general manager, etc., a conservative suit and tie would be appropriate for men and professional business attire would be appropriate for women. Make sure that your shoes are polished and in good shape (I know someone who lost a job because his shoes were beat up). Imagine you were the interviewer and how you would want the job candidate to look. Your appearance shows how serious you are about the job.

The pro has it right. I work for a private club and I think depending what position you are applying for your demeanor is what you should consider more than how you look. A reserved one is most appropriate in the golf industry.
