If you are in Kazakhstan or Afghanistan, then I can't help you.

But if you are in the USA, then try these top three diploma mills:

It is not a guarantee that accredited institutions are not diploma mills. As a matter of fact, there are also accreditation mills - who bogusly accredit educational institutions. It's a huge cycle of problems.
