while watching tv or just on the net wiggle your feet back and forth
that help your tone your legs.

also while sitting hold your tummy in and tighten butt for few
seconds you can do this at any time of the day.

lifting weight regularly everyday about 5-10min a day help me tone fast, if you can't go to a gym find heavy things around your house and lift them.
