ok well apparently you arent keeping up to it...sometimes its genetics like if ur family has a problem with being more than they should but most likely, its just you(don't take that in a mean way). What you need to do is eat less, like half of every meal you eat. that will help a lot. and exercise everyday for about 30 minutes or get involved with sports. drink lots of water...CUT OUT SODAS COMPLELTY. just by cutting out sodas, you can loose 12 pounds in one year and if u do that and eat less and eat more healthy stuff, you can loose weight faster. eat an apple or grapes everyday for snack instead of chips or w/e. and u need to stick to this more than a week or two...try doing it for 2 months and you should see progress and if ur happy with it, you should keep at it, but if u see no progress, go to your doctor and tell him everything that u have tried and like any good doctor, he should help you. trust me, this works, i am one of thsoe people who want to lose weight RIGHT NOW and not wait for 2 months, but too rapid of weight lose and be harmful..so be patient, you are only 13. make it fun to exercise and eat healthy. get ur friends involved. i hope this helps!

Glamour Magazine's January 2007 magazine had a great article about losing weight. It states you should 1st learn how many calories you should consume every day... then if you want to lose weight, you should cut down 250 calories a day and then burn off 250 calories, it also has great recipes so you can stay on your diet.... it's the best article i have read. If you can, Get your hands on that magazine because i think it would really help. Please don't go starving yourself... follow the food pyramid too.

You should talk to your doctor about how to go about losing the weight. Because you are so young you have to be careful as to how you go about losing the weight. Commercial diets like Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, and Weight Watchers are not designed to be done by people your age. A doctor can help you design a nutrition and exercise regimen that will ensure that you get proper nutrition for proper development and that you are not performing any exercise that can be detrimental to your health.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
