What I think is, go for it. Younger girls will go crazy just to know they are going out with someone a year older. I know i am=) (Im dating a guy a year older). Before you ask her though, get to know her if you dont already. If she begins to smile at you or laugh at everything you say.. shes totally into you. Thats only if you want to be definate before asking.

Hey I am in the 8th grade and guys at my school ask out girls in the seventh grade all of the time, and there is girls who do the same, and there is even girls in 7th grade who go out with 6th graders, so it isn't nothing unusual if you like her go for it!!

Well is there any cute girls in the 8th grade. u should go out wit a 7th grader if theres no cute girls in the 8th grade.

just start talkin to her and try to find out if she likes you. if she does then it will be a lot easier for you. asking out a 7th grader shouldn't be any harder than asking out an 8th grader. try to flirt with her and make a connection. have fun!!! and good luck!!!!

dude just go up to her and start talking. ur probly not a nerd so she'll be cool with it. and plus, i am an 8th grade person, and likes a 9th grader. so its all cool. heres a good line for you to say "HI! whats up? my name's _______ "
