Is my childs summer camp tax deductable ???

Expenses of a day camp might be deductible as child care expenses if all the other requirements are met. If it's an overnight camp, then no, it's not deductible.

No. Unless you have some really strange circumstances and you can call it "child care".......check with your accountant.
