I use Dove but is it good before your iron your hair? What other shampo is good before you iron your hair? Which type of iron is better for people who have puffy hair?????? HELP!!!!!!

I use pantene conditioner. It is great for making hair softer so that it will iron better. Leave on for 3 minutes. I use it everyday because my hair is really over processed but with an iron it still looks healthy. I like all the pantene products. Sometimes I use a spray that gets the tangles out even after a wash. Just depends on how much I have done to my hair before a wash. I just use a flat iron and a wavy iron by Vidal sasson and Revlon. I got them at Sally's. A great place to find good stuff. and good choices too.
