suppose you are on a diet and eat bad on the weekend, but you just can't help it, do you use Monday (or any other day) as a "restart" day for your diet? I know it's probably not a good mentality, but I'm just wondering if some people think that way...i know I do. I guess it's better to restart than to not start at all...so maybe it's not so bad....what's your thoughts / opinions.

I have started and restarted many things on Mondays. Its a brand new week, why not? Clear head, done partying or whatever, back to work, school life... new list of to do's..
