Hello! I'm looking to maybe go to college in Portland. I've lived in Austin since I was born and absolutely love it. I'm looking for a city of the same type for college (LIVE MUSIC, cool people, open minded, good parks, nice weather, and quirky). So if you've been to both, how do they compare? Or if you haven't, what's nice about Portland? (The music is muy importante ;-) How's the weather up there?
