ok, so heres the deal. last week i met this girl at my job. we got to talking and flirting i thought she was really good looking, but i wasent really planing on anything coming out of it. however, to my suprise, as she was about to leave she gave me me her number and said we should "hang out some time" any way i called her today (and woke her up) she said she would call me right back. anyway she dident so i called her again a couple of hrs later. she dident pick up and i was kind of nervous so i dident leave a message. about five hours passed by and i called her again. this time i left a message saying " hey i was just calling back to see if you wanted to hang out or something sometime this week. mnd and tues are good for me. you can call me back whenever." anyway after i left the message i felt like a compleat idiot. i think i have mismanaged the sitiuation. what should i do? is there anyting i can do to salvage the situation? should i try calling her once more if she dosent call?

First of all, dont panic..its not a big deal..you must be really mad about this girl but keep cool and be patient..and if she really wants or likes you back she may just wait a day or two before she rings you back, you thought you had blown it and there she gave you her number...I dont think you have screwed it up at all..but I urge you not to come across as too pushy...you have left the ball in her court now dont do anymore..let her come to you..she will get your message either way but dont leave anymore and dont ring her too much or she will just think you are desperate etc..best piece of advice is do nothing..and let her make the next move..dont call anymore..you have done your duty..as hard as the waiting game is, it pays off..you have given..now wait to receive..that is what I say..okay and if she doesnt..within the next 2 wks..move on..ok..good luck and dont fret the small stuff..you havent screwed up okay..cool

Dude don't beat yourself up too much. Unless your leaving out some detail(s), you did nothing wrong.
Who knows what is going on with this girl. You don't really know her at all or what is going on in her life.
Whatever you do, don't call her again. She should be able to return messages. If she doesn't call you back, don't sweat it, don't even bring it up if you see her again.
