mestehee: shy (said by a man)
mestehiah: shy(said by a woman)

ahkee: (to) speak/talk [Middle East dialect: Lebanese, Syrean,etc... by the way]

ma3ak: with you (said to a man)
ma3aki:(said to a woman)

...'and even shy to talk to you now'...

As for asaff, if the stress is on the /s/, assaf:it means :class, or row.

But if the stress is on the /a/, it'll be aasif meaning: i'm sorry:(said by a man)
and aasifah:i'm sorry(said by a woman)

asaf as you have written gives the infinitive form: means shame
e.g. ya lal asaff: what a shame!

Asaff = sorry

mesta7ee = ashamed or blushing
ahkee = talk
ma3ak = with you (said to a male)

the full translation is "i feel ashamed of talking to you now"

okay, I know that Asaff means "sorry" :ahkee ma'ak means "my brother, (I am) with you, with the "I am" being implied...as to the rest, try to very carefully spell it phonetically and I can translate it for you. I am an Arabic translator. It is what I do for a living....
