Him???
Give us some characteristics or something funny about the dog.

Id like to name my dogs or fosters after something that is happening around it at the time. maybe some movie was watching or a street the puppy was born on.
I got a really good name off here for my shy Coonhound X foster. Someone suggested Peekaboo and thats her name.

I like names like:
Toughy or Tuffy
Digger
Digsby
Donner
Doodle
Rugby
Rufus
Ruff
Grizz or Grizzly (cause Parson Russels can be little bears)
Tenacious
Rattrap
Badger
Weasel

some names I have suggested before for fiery Jacks

Deciding on a name is important, because part of bonding is calling him by his name right away! You've been given lots of names to choose from, but how do you make that decision? First, ask your daughter what qualities she likes the most about him. JR's are known for being intelligent and energetic. They each have their own personality and temperment, though. A couple of JRs I know, Nikita and Mason, are complete opposites! One is quiet but instigating, while the other the other is more hyper, trying to always steal the attention, but is less likely to be naughty.
Consider naming him bsaed on his heritage. JRs originated in England and are known for hunting and companionship.
Many people name their pets based on an interest or special quality. Here's how I've named my past pets:
Azul: means blue - for our blue beta fish
Shadow: When my pup was tiny, he used to follow around my hand's shadow
Gizmo: I loved the movie Gremlins, and the cute little mogwai's name is Gizmo. My puppy looked like him!
Scotty: I named my white, West Highland Terrier -- known for being athletic but oh, so cute, and very brave -- after Scott Hamilton, the skater who is a great athlete and showed to be very brave while battling cancer.
Some ideas given at a website:
Keep it simple, one or two syllables.
Do NOT name it something that rhymes with normal commands! (Telling Blake to "Shake" is hard!)
Dogs learn simple names ending in a vowel easier.
Do NOT name it a human name, as it makes it harder to remember that he's a dog, and has dog needs. (Yeah, I know - my dog Scotty IS a human name, BUT it's a westie terrier, and there are dogs called Scotties, so I figured that would still work!)
Use a POSITIVE, not negative name. Look at what's special about your dog. Do not name him Dopey, or nobody will respect him. After all, he might be dopey, but he also might have heart!

I hope SOMETHING here will help you. Let me know if I can be of any more help!

i could have reported you had reserched the breed in the previous you extra your Jack Russell. they are not the breed for everone. they are hyper as doggies, and could stay hyper in the time of out their lives. confident, they seem to be a small dogs, yet they require the comparable psychological stimulation and exercising as a great dogs. or you may desire to have an fairly bored and detrimental dogs on your palms. they choose coaching from an early age, and you may desire to shop this up. domestic dog socialisation is likewise a could desire to. JRT's have a foul call for being yappers and nippers. it rather is especially brought about by skill of loss of instructing and/or socialisation. Jack Russell like to thrill, yet they wont do something with no reward. valuable coaching works great with JRT's. They get bored very genuinely so replace your coaching ordinary generally. With the the appropriate option proprietors, who comprehend the temprement of a terrier, they are the appropriate dogs's absolutely everyone could desire to prefer to possess. And confident, they could desire to get on fantastic with a beagle, basically be warned. it fairly is going to likely be double destruction is they are not keps busy or drained! good success!
