I think its hereditary but i dont know what they are.

You've got Boils. But they usually develop in warm, moist areas(groin,underarms) Just make sure to wash everyday and keep the skin dry. They tend to get really big sometimes and when that happends i'd go see a doc so he can pop them.

I don't know about the pus, but if they're on the back/outside of your arms and are like goosebumps but all the time, they might be keratosis pilaris. It's a common, harmless skin condition. Check the link below for a picture of it.

If it is KP, you can treat it with lotions that contain urea and glycolic acid. It's pretty strong, so start slowly. It makes your skin sensitive to the sun, so be sure to wear sunscreen. You can't cure it, but if you use the lotion consistently, it will improve. If you stop using the lotion, it will come back.
