Im a girl, and u sound pretty! But the only problem is that i cant exactly see u so my answer cant be exactly accurate. If there was a pic of u it might have helped. lol.
But i think u sound pretty and u proabbly will have a chance. Its not always about looks for people, so if u have a good and nice personality then u have a really good chance as well. But when u say that u are really skinny, are u like EXtremly skinny, like seeing ribs anerexic skinny. or are u just skinny .
??? becuz some boys dont like that

You have ble eyes and blonde hair - both are often bonuses
you are skinny but you are young - being fat's worse & you'll grow
You ar also short but young - You'll grow & I think the shorter the better
Give it time and realize that not all flowers blossom at the same rate. Take your time to grow-up and don't worry about boys. Worry about you. If you have your life together and you are happy then you will atract people so go learn & do stuff. Keep busy.

Reframe your question and way of thinking: say to yourself over and over again that you are pretty and expect and deserve to eventually have a boyfriend. Don't be desperate for a boyfriend or lack self-esteem because people will pick up on that---and, you might get the wrong kind of boyfriend if you are deperate. As for your looks, being skinny gives you lots of variety in clothes because of your body. Guys love petite gals, especially blondes and blue eyed girls. The best way to attract guys is to be happy with yourself and confident. Learn to love yourself and it will show. Someday you will find a boyfriend based on mutual attraction and having things in common.

In school I would just focus on grades. Most people your age have boyfriends for no reason possibly the feeling of security. But you sound very pretty so chances are if you get to know some people and they begin to know you better you will.

I'm sure..I looked the same in 8th grade when I was young and I've had plenty of boyfriends..but I wouldn't worry about that right now! concentrate on school :) Even if boys get distracting.

do you wear jeans that have a tight enough fit. or do they sag down and the pockets aren't on your butt cheeks. hey, i know it sounds weird but it does make a difference. How can you be 4'8 and in the 8th grade????

put on a little weight if your really skinny, tone your triceps and butt and walk around in short skirts and manipulate a guys brain...just always be in control of his mind, then you can control his life and make a profit by pulling his strings...girls do that to me all the time and it sucks...but if i was a girl, i would do it...hope this helps
