I am a Brown head and my sis is a blonde and she gets many more guys!!!!!!!!Why?

I am a brunette and a natural one at that and it doesn't matter what color hair you have. I used to have blond hair and dye it because I thought the same thing that guys like girls with blond hair more and when I told my boyfriend blond wasn't my natural hair color he asked me if I did it because most girls have blond hair now or they dye it because they think guys will like it more? So my boyfriend made a point and I dyed it back to my natural hair color and I'm proud to show my natural beauty brunette and it got to be a pain when my hair was blond and the brown roots kept growing in. My boyfriend is Puerto Rican and he likes my natural hair color anyway. Be natural and beautiful. Many girls think they have to change themselves for a guy and that's not true be you.

I think it relates to the fact that people associate blonde hair with innocence and child hood. Many children have fair hair but go darker as they get older.
In medieval times Queens and women were viewed and chosen as wives based partially on how fair they were because it was viewed as a symbol of their innocence and faithfulness. I think the idea has just continued and still applies in power struggles between men and women today.

totally not true.... i'm a blonde and the guy i like is in love with a brown he can never get (he even said so himself!)....... so it's all about personality i think.... but she's nasty..... now i'm confused! but she's really pretty! so is ur sis prettier? not to be mean or anything! but some guys like blondes and others like browns and others like redhead, or black haired people.... all that kinda stuff!

well i am a brunette and I get alot of attention from guys. I mean really most girls like blond,model looking guys just like they like blondes. Most guys think of blondes as easy hookup and all that crap. But whatever. Just be fun and sweet and I am sure that guys will turn heads.

It's actually been proven that guys find brunettes more attractive than blonde's. Brunettes are thought to be more of the "take home to mom" type. You know what they say, "Blonde's may have more fun but Brunettes remember it the next day :-)"

Guys don't like any girl who is fake.
If a girl is blonde and sweet and pretty and smart, he'll like her.
If a girl is BRUNETTE, sweet, pretty, and smart, he will like her too.
And it depends on the guy's preference.
But I don't know ANY guy who has fallen in love with a ditzy platinum blonde.

it is because blondes are known as being ditsy. guys relate ditsy to easy and slutty. just be yourself and the guy will come eventually. i am proud to be a brunette and would not become a blonde for anything.

ok, i don't to be mean, but for the people that says, this color is the best, this color is awsome and attracts guy. uhh no. your just retarded. anyways, it doesn't matter about the hair color. its JUSt a color. it's either your sister got a nice personailty that guys like or something. don't matter about it =) i'm sure you will have more guys than her one day =)

media-- simple as that - decades of the media playing to that old song--- and we as guys tend to beleive what we see and read-- hell we can not actually see any difference- but we are a gullible part of the human race.
