stress could be a main reason why it is falling out. take some time out of your day for yourself.

hi.
prolonged stress, constant nervousness and poor diet, being too thin, will cause hair to fall out. we lose about 100 hairs a day from our heads normally.
once the stress is relieved, or diet improved, your hair will grow back. another thing you can try is massaging your scalp. deeply with your finger tips, doing that will bring blood to the scalp that feeds hair growth. also, hereditary. if other women in your family have premature hair loss, then this also could be affecting you.
