how do u get a guy to like u more than another girl?

i really really like this guy and i heard he likes me to but this other girl (my friend) he told her he likes her more and he told my friend krissy that he kinda likes her and he also told krissy that he likes this other girl wich is also my friend. is he just trying to make me jealous? wat is he doin? does he like all of these people?
