i play tennis so i dont want to get too bulked up, but sometimes my ribs show a little, barely, i was wondering how i could gain muscle so stop that and tighten my abs. i do push-ups and use dumbells, also what could i do for my shoulder because i play tennis i want to strengthen it. thx

Try to do a variety of exersizes, your torso is made up of a number of different muscles. Situps are good for your ab muscles sideways situps or twisting as you do your situps will work out your obliques (love handles) using the dumbells in a variety of ways will work out different muscles as well. curling them is good for your arms, lifting them over your head for your shoulders, and some back muscles. Holding them in your hands by your sides and shrugging your shoulders will help work out your trapezius muscle.
Try looking up different exersizes on line, or in a book at the library or book store. do a variety of different things to work out the various groups of muscles try not to over work one group and neglect another.
