This isn't a good weight-loss diet plan. No fruits/vegetables (the fiber will fill you up so you'll eat less),not enough protein (protein takes longer to digest and keeps your blood sugar stable). Sticking to PB&J -too many simple carbs (jelly) to be healthy. I'm a 45 year old woman and I recently lost 20 lbs over 4 months by eating more fruits and veggies and getting more exercise.
Good luck!

Nope. With one orange a day you are not getting your full fruit servings. You're also probably not getting a sufficient amount of calories to power your body from this . I would suggest you go on a non processed foods diet. Basically you eat only foods heat do not have additives. fruits, veggies, smoothies, water, tea. The thing with Pbj sandwiches is they aren't necessarily bad for you, but they don't supply much nutrition other than the bit of protein in the peanut butter and some wheat in the bread. Avoid empty calories, and eat more foods that benefit your health. Good luck :))

Well, peanut butter is high in fat and jelly usually has a lot of sugar. It's not a very well-rounded and nutritious meal plan, so I don't think it's too healthy or effective for losing weight.

It is not a bad sandwich to eat, however it depends on what you are doing with your diet. If you go Atkins, it will not be good for you, but if you are working out alot, the carbs are fine...

Hey there, of the many fat loss diets that I have been on, the only diet that changed everything for me was Adams fat code (just google it). Truly the most useful diet that helped me get back on track.
