Hi
To get it like that you need volume.
Dry your hair with a hair dryer with your head in between your knees so that your hair is hanging down over your face (hope that makes sense)
Drying it in the opposite direct helps with volume.
YOu can buy sprays that help add volume that you apply to the hair when wet. So buy one of these and use before you dry it.
It should be fairly easy to get that look.

use a volumizing spray at the roots then blow dry it

thats how i do my hair on regular days, idk it just kinda goes like that, but umm...i do use some Loreal cream stuff lol
