It might. It sounds like you're views are just too different. I can understand your religious conviction, but I certainly see where she's coming from. I wouldn't marry someone without having sex with them. Sexual chemistry is important, and what's even more so in sexual compatibility. If you've gotten to a point where you're both seriously talking about marriage, you need to be blunt and acknowledge this difference, and realize that you both have a choice to make.

Yes, this can destroy your marriage. Sometimes people can't be patient and if they can't get some from you they will get some from someone else. Explain to her how important this is to you. And both of you talk about it and weigh the situation, is it worth it or not to wait. Both of you come to an agreement on this. But it is soo much more special if you wait until marriage.
