theres this guy i like but we dont really know each other..we talk sometimes..i asked him to hang out (despite that i hadnt talked to him in a month) and he ignored me..however he did say that he liked me but he didnt know...is he shy or does he just not like me?

maybe he likes you but he is a bit shy since you dont hang out with him much. try to be with him more and make ur friendship stronger. if you like him then try to make that extra effort! hope this helps!
