Calculating Your Frame Size
Following is the method the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company used to calculate frame size:

Extend your arm in front of your body bending your elbow at a ninety degree angle to your body so that your forearm is parallel to your body.

Keep your fingers straight and turn the inside of your wrist towards your body.

Place your thumb and index finger on the two prominent bones on either side of your elbow, then measure the distance between the bones with a tape measure or calipers.
Compare to the chart below. The chart lists elbow measurements for a medium frame - if your elbow measurement for that particular height is less than the number of inches listed, you are a small frame - if your elbow measurement for that particular height is more than the number of inches listed, your are a large frame.

You might want to talk to your doctor about eating disorders. You shouldn't be that upset over being in triple digits. You are definatly thin and shouldn't be upset over 107 to 108 lbs.

If you are so worried about it (which you shouldn't be) you are on yahoo! right now so check out yahoo health and it will show you the appropriate weight for certain heights, don't be afraid to be over by a few pounds. You are actually light for your height, at your height you should be more around 110 to 120. hope it helps.

are you saying that youre arent trying to eat right way and end up beingin so skinny or least over weight least little bit . but i think for youre height and weight needed to take care of yourself and course need to stay healthy for whole time. plus you shouldnt try to keep eating so much junkies foods . cause beingin that weight cause you having healthy problems and also you can die early age if you arent eatting with right foods. cause i know can happen . so if you want to lose some pound least eat some healthy foods like vegetables , fruits, and go buy some thing like healthy deliouse foods that you hadnt try or even buy yet. like the weight watchers , low-fat snacks bars , lowfat yogurts drinks like smoothies that helps boost youre calciums , protein, dietary fiber, and also help your body have alot of healthy vitamins A,C, and E. and try to get some Lean Cuisine diet foods boxs that will help you lose some weights . and does help you be in good shape too and also you shouldnt try to eat any greases foods like hamburgers and flie fries , or chocolate stuffs cause they have alot of sweets and sugers arent good for people who is over wieghts . and you should also do some jogging and walking , do some out -door sports like swimming and whatever that you can move around to keep your health strong. so dont skip doing some exerises . if you arent afraid doing those kind of work out there is one way you can do is ask some body like youre friends or some one who you know that willin enjoy with you for takin some walk around the neighborhoods to keep you busy and feel comftable all time. if you are scared beingin in triplets shoulders then dont worrying so much cause not everybody else can be so prefectly how they look like . so if you want do some thing about them then try to do those things i already wrote down for you to try own for first time . and you can also get some helps form youre doctor too .

Sweetheart, you're most definitly not overweight. Far from it, you are underweight. See for yourself at http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/. This website will let you input your height and weight to see what you would generally be classified as. It would be a good idea for you to go to a doctor to make sure you don't have any health problems from being at this weight.
