Ok there is this guy that likes me and has asked me out 2 times but I have rejected him and he is stalking me and I see him everywhere I go. He is also a pervert.. what would u do about this?

First i'd contact the nearest police dept and report it, Letting someone else know the problem is the first step in stopping it, they will guide you in the right direction. and if this doesnt stop him then ask the police about putting a juntion on him, it like it will keep him away. sometimes changing your address does help, but remember there are nuts out there that dont do it for fun and they are more harmful.
