You sound like you have previously had a colour in your hair before or some kind of treatment which means your hair is unevenly taking in the chemicals you've given it. There is noway you are going to be able to get totally rid of the orange and yellow tones without going to the hairdresser they are probably going to be your best option right now as they will be able to tell how long what part of your hair needs what blonding chemical. Also using a leave in protein treatment product on your hair before you go in or after would be a good idea too.

hi,
if you try to bleach up the orange spots again, that hair may break before it gets blond. and your right, the brown is what came up orange. you have 3 options here...one, try to bring up the orange, in just one spot, preferably underneath somewhere in case it breaks, it won't be as noticed. if it works, then do the rest but keep a very close eye on it, if it starts to break off, get the peroxide off immediately. second, get a blond toner/color and try it on the orange spots, in one place first, to see if it tames the orange..then you can do the rest of the orange spots, thirdly, see a professional to take care of this. the cost of all these products would have paid for a salon visit to get the color that you wanted in the first place. home products just aren't safe to use.
i hope this helped! :)

There is shampoo called "Touch of Silver" by Schwarzkopf.
I was recommended by my hairdresser to use it as my lightened hair was a bit yellowy. It takes out the brassy tones in blonde hair.

Peroxide kills your hair. I suggest that you do nothing, unless you want to re-dye your hair the color it was. But, that may damage it. Look for a hair-lightening shampoo/conditioner, it may work. If you want to risk it, you can try to use your peroxide/water combo again. Just be careful with your hair, and take good care of it.

Oh dear, go any further and you risk losing hair... give it a great deep conditioning treatment and leave it a while before you try again,if you must! The best thing to do is to see a hairdresser.
