I'm 17 and weigh 130 wanna get abs and get fit fast at least by spring break or by this summer. I wanna look good in my new bikini. I've been eating 3 meals a day and not eating any snacks. I also work out pretty much everyday I have been doing 2 minute abs and then working out for 30 minutes. I don't want to use any drugs or anything and do this naturally.

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Cutting out white bread (including bagels) and drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day will also help with weight loss. You didn't say how tall you are so don't know if it's your weight or shape that's an issue. You need to do more than 2 minutes of abs. Pick a series of ab exercises & do 40 of each instead of concentrating on the number of minutes. Abs work better when done slowly & with concentrated breathing and control. You should also be on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes, you can't burn fat by "working out"....you need to do cardio for that.

Hi! There is no fast and healthy way to lose weight and firm abs by spring break. That is just around the corner. You've got a good start by eating 3 meals a day but be sure you are eating the right foods. Three meals of hamburgs and fries is not the way. Be sure to have a good breakfast. That can carry you a long way. Snacks are good. Something like fruit, yoghurt, and even celery and carrots. A fat free salad dressing is a good dip for these. Start walking even if its just for 10 minutes a day you can gradually add to the time. Any form of exercise helps weight loss. You said your weight is 130 so you dont have much to lose. Good luck
