Because sometimes the veil between this life and the other becomes very thin. During sleep, for instance, our spirits may leave the body. I give this as my opinion.

I had one on under general anaesthesia. I've read that the person or soul thinks that it's dying and leaves the body as a natural reaction.I have read of people in wrecks doing the same. It sounds feasible to me.

I dn't kn ow about the stress, i wasn't stress out, just mystified

Dextromethorphane along with guided meditation can produce spectacular out of body experiences. When you realize that Love is the abscence of fear. You will no longer "stress out" at the experience.
