Just throw yourself out at him, I mean everytime you see him, be like hey, how's it going, ask him for his #, call him every day, Tell him you think he's cute,
Just make it really easy on him, If he likesyou in any way, He'll ask ya.

Don,t wait for him to ask u cuz u will problately wait forever.Just asks him if he like to join u out somewhere try to start with the park and take it from there,when hes comftable with u he will ask u out instead.

This is 2007. You do not have to wait for him to ask you out to let him know you also like him. You could start by getting to know more about him, being curious to know, like, his kind of music, e.t.c. Eventually he'll open up to you, and find more ease talking to you, and eventually asking you out once he realises that you do not bite.

yes some guys need for you to be painfully obvious. if you are too scared to ask him "out out" u should just ask him to hang out.
go ice skating it makes a really great date! gives u an excuse to hold his hand and hang all over him ;)
