What if you recently broke up with your boyfriend that you have had for a long time, and all of a sudden you start to lose weight, but not a lot. Plus you don't eat as much as you use too, 30 grapes and 8 rice cakes for lunch, and fat free yogurt with a homemade ranch snack wrap for dinner. Well this is me... My friends keep saying that i have anorexia but I don't think i do. When I eat I am just not hungry anymore, could i really have an eating disorder. But I swear I don't, nothing seems different, I am not tired or anything.. What do I do to make them realize I don't have an eating disorder.

I don't think you have an eating disorder. Some girls just aren't into eating very much once their hearts have been so hurt. Plus if you haven't been eating very much, your stomach shinks and then you get fuller faster. So, unless you are purposefully not eating then you don't have a disorder.

No, you don't have anorexia. Anorexia is when someone starves themselves on purpose because they think they're fat, and want to loose weight. Usually the person is not fat. You just have lost your appetite. That happens to me a lot. Don't worry, you're perfectly fine!

No you don't have a disorder. I only eat when I am hungry, this varies per person. Be careful that you don't get underweight.

If you arent eating less because you dont want to get fat, then you dont have an eating disorder.
Sounds like depression to me. Talk to someone.
